Senior Graduation Party

What:  The Senior Graduation Party is a 30+ year tradition at Roosevelt High School. Immediately following graduation, every senior is invited back to Roosevelt for a special celebration of their accomplishment.

Who:  Senior parent volunteers host, supervise and raise funds for this all-night affair.  Students roam the halls one last time and participate in special games, food, music and much more.

Why:  It's a wonderful final memory of high school, in a safe and secure environment.  For many of our students, it is their only graduation celebration.

2020-21 Update:

Roosevelt High School has a long tradition of holding a safe and fun event for senior every year at the school after graduation. While we hate to break the wonderful tradition of having the event at the school, the senior parents agreed it is important to keep the event safe for a large group.  Given the unfortunate circumstances of COVID-19, we have decided to hold the event outside at a large venue to allow for social distancing.

We are excited to announce we are planning to hold the Class of 2021's senior party at Adventureland Park in Altoona. We are actively fundraising so we can provide free entry to all 2021 seniors. All rides and the water park will be available to them throughout the entire day on June 1st. We are looking into other surprises as well for the seniors.

We hope you will support the Class of 2021's senior party to allow them to experience a safe and fun celebration after a year that has left them without many of the activities they have been anticipating for their senior year at Roosevelt.

Thank you for your support and GO RIDERS!
